AZD0156, a potent and selective ATM inhibitor, exhibits oral activity with an IC50 of 0.58 nM. In a study with 32 animals per group, one animal died except in the group treated with Diclofenac plus DFMO plus Calcipotriol, which had full survival. Survival rates were similar across groups. Weight gain was significantly less in the groups treated with Diclofenac plus Calcipotriol and Diclofenac plus DFMO plus Calcipotriol compared to the placebo group, as per a linear regression model[3].
