Basic Orange 14 生物活性

描述 Acridine Orange, zinc chloride salt, known as Euchrysine 3RX, is a nucleic acid-selective fluorescent dye that permeates cells. It emits orange fluorescence upon binding to ssDNA or RNA, and green fluorescence upon binding to dsDNA, with an excitation wavelength of 488 nm and emission wavelengths of green fluorescence at 530 nm and orange fluorescence at 640 nm[1][2][3].
体内研究

Acridine Orange, administered intravenously at a dose of 0.1 mg/kg to dogs, did not exhibit any clinical toxicity signs nor were there any blood abnormalities detected within a period of 30 days[1].
