Adenosine 5'-Diphosphate Disodium Salt 生物活性

描述 Adenosine 5'-diphosphate disodium serves as a nucleoside diphosphate and is generated through the dephosphorylation of ATP by ATPases. It acts as a platelet aggregation agent, crucial for hemostasis and the initiation and progression of arterial thrombosis[1][2].
体外研究

At a concentration of 10 μmol/L, Adenosine 5'-diphosphate disodium triggers aggregation of human platelets and elevates intracellular calcium levels ([Ca2+]i) in platelets, B10 cells, and P2Y1-transfected cells[1].

When present at 5 μmol/L, Adenosine 5'-diphosphate disodium leads to an increase in cAMP levels within human platelets and B10 cells[1].
