p-Tolylmaleimide 生物活性

描述	p-Tolylmaleimide, a derivative of naphthalimide, exhibits cytotoxicity against cancer cells. It arrests the cell cycle of K562 human acute myeloid leukemia cells in the sub-G0/G1 phase and induces apoptosis ^[1].
体外研究	p-Tolylmaleimide demonstrates inhibitory activity against human acute myeloid leukemia cells K562, with IC50 values of 24.99 μM (24 h), 6.61 μM (48 h), and 12.10 μM (72 h) respectively. Similarly, p-Tolylmaleimide inhibits human acute myeloid leukemia cells Jurkat, with IC50 values of 27.16 μM (24 h), 15.51 μM (48 h), and 3.94 μM (72 h) respectively ^[1].
