| 描述 | N-Dodecyl-β-D-maltoside, also known as Lauryl Maltoside, is a non-ionic detergent with strong affinity for alumina, titanium dioxide, and hematite. It facilitates the reactivation of various proteins and effectively stabilizes photoactive reaction center complexes (RCs), thereby preventing degradation of Rhodopseudomonas spheroides R-26 reaction center in solution. Additionally, it is utilized in the purification and stabilization of RNA polymerase and for the detection of protein-lipid interactions[1][2][3][4]. |
| 体外研究 | N-Dodecyl-β-D-maltoside (0.02-10 mg/mL; 90 min) facilitates the reactivation of denatured adenosine deaminase, 3-phosphoglycerol phosphokinase, myokinase, and 3-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase in the denatured enzyme dilution solution. The enzyme activity reaches its peak at 0.06 mg/mL, achieving 98% reactivation. However, it does not significantly promote the reactivation of phosphoglucomutase[1]. |
