描述	Tradipitant (VLY-686) is a neurokinin-1 (NK-1) antagonist^[1].
体内研究	Autoradiographic studies confirm that Tradipitant, when administered intravenously, localizes in the guinea pig brain in a manner consistent with the distribution of NK-1 receptors as indicated by agonist or antagonist radioligands^[1].
体外研究	Tradipitant ([³H]-LY686017) demonstrates binding affinity to specific regions within the guinea pig brain, matching the distribution patterns previously identified for NK-1 receptors. Key areas showing the highest binding density include the accessory olfactory nucleus, anteroventral thalamic nucleus, paraventricular hypothalamic nucleus, central amygdaloid nucleus (lateral), and medial amygdaloid nucleus (anterodorsal)^[1].
