Sulfo-SMCC Crosslinker, or Sulfosuccinimidyl-4-[N-maleimidomethyl]cyclohexane-1-carboxylate, is a water soluble, heterobifunctional crosslinker. The non-membrane piercing Sulfo-SMCC protein crosslinking reagent can conjugate extracellular proteins. Sulfo-SMCC crosslinker has an 8.3 angstrom, non-cleavable spacer arm.

Sulfo-SMCC sodium 生物活性

描述 Sulfo-SMCC sodium is a hetero-bifunctional, non-cleavable ADC crosslinker with NHS ester and maleimide groups that react with primary amines and sulfhydryl groups, respectively.
体外研究

Sulfo-SMCC, containing maleimide and N-hydroxysuccinimide ester groups, attaches to sulfhydryl groups and primary amines, respectively. It prevents the end-to-end annealing of stabilized microtubules (MTs), maintaining a constant mean length over time, as observed in microtubules treated with Sulfo-SMCC[1].
