G150 生物活性

描述

G150 is a highly specific inhibitor of human cyclic GMP-AMP synthase (h-cGAS), with an IC50 of 10.2 nM. It suppresses interferon expression triggered by double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) and can be utilized in inflammatory research^[1].

体外研究

G150 (0.1-100 μM; 1 h) modulates the expression of IFNB1 and CXCL10 in human THP1 cells and primary human macrophages^[1].

G150 (5-10 μM; 1 h) impacts dsDNA sensing in THP1 cells and primary human macrophages^[1].

G150 (0.1-100 μM; 1 h) influences the activation of the NF-κB pathway in THP1-Dual cells^[1].
