Moreover, at a dose of 450 mg/kg administered orally daily for 6 weeks, Emeramide significantly reduces iron accumulation in Hfe H67D mutant mice, a model representing brain iron accumulation[4]
体外研究
Emeramide offers protection against Bleomycin-induced morphological changes and cytotoxicity in BPAECs at a concentration of 50 μM for 1 hour, reduces ROS generation, and attenuates Bleomycin-induced depletion of cellular total thiols[2]
When pre-treated for 24 hours with doses ranging from 0 to 100 μM, Emeramide effectively counters Pb-induced neuroinflammation in U-87 MG cells by diminishing IL-1β and GFAP expression levels[3]
