体外研究

DSPE-PEG-Amine (MW 2000) (ammonium) is utilized to coat fluorescein diacetate (FDA) nanocrystals, serving as an interface for antibody coupling. This modification ensures highly stable colloidal suspension of the biolabels with reduced nonspecific interactions. The adsorbed DSPE-PEG-Amine (MW 2000) (ammonium) layer disperses the FDA nanocrystals in water, preventing aggregation and maintaining colloidal stability^[3].
