CycLuc1 生物活性

描述	CycLuc1 is a luciferase substrate that crosses the blood-brain barrier and emits near-infrared (NIR) fluorescence with a peak luminescence wavelength of 599 nm. CycLuc1 can be used for in vivo bioluminescence imaging^[1]^[2].

CycLuc1 动物研究

Animal study

Intraperitoneal injection of CycLuc1 at a concentration of 0.05-5 mM improves in vivo bioluminescence imaging (BLI) of existing luciferase reporter proteins in mice and achieves brain imaging with which D-luciferin does not work^[2].
