描述
Allylestrenol is a synthetic steroidal progestin that is used to prevent recurrent pregnancy loss, threatened miscarriage, and premature labor. Allylestrenol combined with ritodrine can significantly reduce the expression levels of IL-17, IL-10 and IL-6 in TPTL (threatened premature labor), reduce adverse pregnancy conditions, prolong gestational weeks, and has higher safety and better application value[3] [4] [5]
