描述 VU0467485 is a potent, selective and orally active muscarinic acetylcholine receptor 4 (M4) positive allosteric modulator (PAM). VU0467485 enhances the activity of ACh on M4, with EC50s of 26.6 nM and 78.8 nM for rat and human M4 receptors, respectively. The selectivity of VU0467485 for M4 is higher than that of M1/2/3/5 in human and rat. VU0467485 has moderate to high permeability to the central nervous system[1].
