描述 Rosmarinic acid is specific inhibitor of ε-Pol. The rosmarinic acid treatment significantly decreased extracellular HBV DNA with rough estimation of EC50 of 30 μM[3]. in vitro, rosmarinic acid significantly affected root morphology causing an inhibition of both total and primary root length with 71 μM and 175 μM ED50 values, respectively[4]. in vivo, rosmarinic acid at a dose of 50 mg/kg induced a decrease in the total cholesterol and triglyceride concentrations[5].
