描述 DKM 2-93 inhibits the catalytic cysteine of UBA5 through covalent modification, thereby suppressing its protein activity as an enzyme that activates the ubiquitin-like protein UFM1 to UFMylation, ultimately impairing the survival of pancreatic cancer cells. DKM 2-93 hinders the survival of PaCa2 and Panc1 cells, with IC50 values of 90 and 30 μM, respectively[1].
