生物活性
描述 6-Aminocaproic acid (EACA), a monoamino carboxylic acid, acts as a potent oral inhibitor of plasmin and plasminogen. It serves as a powerful antifibrinolytic agent by preventing clot lysis through competitive binding to lysine residues on plasminogen, inhibiting plasmin formation, and thereby reducing fibrinolysis. This compound is researched for use in treating bleeding disorders[1].[2].
