生物活性
描述 Naringenin, a citrus flavonoid that possesses various biological activities, possesses a broad range of biological and pharmacological activities. Naringenin (50 mg/kg) inhibits both inflammatory pain and neurogenic inflammation[3].Treating the WT mice with NGN (100 mg/kg/d) significantly attenuated hepatic lipid accumulation and inflammation activation in the mice livers induced by MCD diet[4]. Naringenin protected against Cl4 induced rat liver fibrosis via Nrf2/ARE and NF-κB signaling pathway[5].
