| 描述 | alpha-Boswellic acid is a natural product isolated and purified from the herbs of Boswellia carterii Birdw. The binding of the cid) and BBA (beta-Boswellic acid) with the spike of the virus could inhibit its reproduction or provide sufficient time for the immune system to recognize the virus and hence, produce suitable antibodies[3]. In addition, boswellic acids have an antiproliferative effect on tumours. They inhibit proliferation of tumour cells of the leukaemia and glioblastoma subset. They have an anti-tumour effect since they inhibit topoisomerase I and II-alpha and stimulate programmed cell death (apoptosis)[4]. More than 50% of the cells underwent apoptosis after treatment with 20 mug/mL boswellic acid for 24 hours. Boswellic acid acetate induced Bid cleavage and decreased mitochondrial membrane potential without production of hydrogen peroxide[5]. | ||
