描述 AR-C155858, at concentrations ranging from 10 nM to 100 nM, inhibits MCT1/MCT2 C-terminal chimaeras[1]. AR-C155858 inhibits MCT2, with 70% inhibition achieved at 10 nM, and subsequent increases in inhibition suggesting a Ki value well below 10 nM. It also inhibits MCT1 in Xenopus oocytes in both a time- and concentration-dependent manner[2].
