生物活性
描述 Rebaudioside A is a steviol glycoside. As a α - glucosidase inhibitor, IC50[2]. In vivo, Rebaudioside A (10-9 M) reduced the ATP-sensitive potassium channel (K(ATP)) conductance in a glucose-dependent manner. Moreover, rebaudioside A stimulated the insulin secretion from MIN6 cells in a dose- and glucose-dependent manner[3]. In vitro,Reb A was non-genotoxic in a bone marrow micronucleus test in mice at doses up 750 mg/kg bw and in an unscheduled DNA synthesis test in rats at 2000 mg/kg bw[4].
