生物活性
描述 Pralidoxime Chloride is an oxime AChE (acetylcholinesteras) reactivator. Pralidoxime 100μM reversed human BuChE inhibition by parathion and by paraoxon by about 50%. Moreover, pralidoxime-induced reactivation of BuChE (butyrylcholinesterase) is highly variable, according to the dose, organophosphorus involved, and the individual poisoned[3]. In fact, a decrease in AChE activity of ~10 to 15% percent activity was observed between the 2-PAM Cl (Pralidoxime Chloride)-treated and untreated aldicarb and methomyl challenged gpAChE-R[4].
