| 描述 | Propantheline bromide (PB) is a hydrolysable anti-cholinergic drug[3]. In addition, propantheline bromide's effectiveness is more than would be expected by prevention of cardioinhibition in neurocardiogenic syncope and would support a role for direct cholinergic control of vascular tone[4]. Vagal suppression was achieved in rats by administering 20 mg/kg propantheline i.p. 2 h and 1 h before gastric gavage of 20 mg/kg ibuprofen as small crushed pieces of a regular release and a fast-dissolving ibuprofen caplets[5]. Propantheline bromide at doses of 0.03--0.3 mg/kg inhibited basal and pentagastrin stimulated gastric secretion, but had no effect on histamine stimulation[6]. Subcutaneously administered propantheline bromide (30 mg/kg) or cimetidine (100 mg/kg) had no effect on gastric lesion and PD reduction caused by hemorrhagic shock[7]. | ||
