描述 GQ-16 is a moderate affinity ligand for PPARγ with a Ki value of 160 nM. GQ-16 is a potent inhibitor of Cdk5-mediated phosphorylation of PPARγ, and a partial agonist of PPARγ with adipogenesis-reducing effects. GQ-16 promotes insulin sensitivity without increasing body weight[1].
