描述 | Auraptene (AUR), is a natural prenyloxycoumarin found in plants belonging to Rutaceae and Apiaceae families. The IC50 values of Auraptene on KYSE30 cells after 24, 48, and 72 hours were 80,72,and76 μg/mL[3]. Auraptene(100 μM) inhibits glycolytic and mitochondrial metabolism. Moreover, auraptene significantly reduces motility of RCC4 (Renal cell carcinoma ) cells and effectively inhibits tube formation by HUVECs cells under hypoxic condition[4]. Auraptene (100 μM ) induced the activation of ERK1/2 and auraptene (3 or 30 μM) promote neurite outgrowth from PC12 cells{Furukawa Y, Watanabe S, Okuyama S, Nakajima M.
