生物活性
描述 Dinotefuran is a furanicotinyl insecticide belonging to the third generation of neonicotinoids. It acts specifically on the nervous system of fleas by inhibiting a nicotinic subclass of acetylcholine receptors. In vitro, the combination of dinotefuran and fipronil in a single formulation exhibited strong synergistic insecticidal activity against C. felis, and also proved effective on artificially infested cats[3]. Moreover, exposure to DIN (Dinotefuran) in peripubertal male mice causes hyperactivity and a disturbance of dopaminergic signaling[4].
