| 描述 | Hsp47 is an endoplasmic reticulum (ER)-resident collagen-specific molecular chaperone essential for correct folding of procollagen in the ER. Thus, Hsp47 could be a potential and promising target for the management of fibrosis. Col003 is a potent inhibitor of the interaction between Hsp47 and collagen with an IC50 of 1.8 μM. In vivo, col003 (100 μM) inhibited collagen secretion, triple helix formation, and accumulation in the ECM[2]. | ||
