描述 XEN723, a new and powerful thiazolylimidazolidinone class inhibitor of Stearoyl-CoA Desaturase (SCD1), exhibits IC50 values of 45 nM in mouse and 524 nM in HepG2 cells. It shows an enhancement in SCD1 in vitro potency by over 560 times compared to the initial hit in HTS[1].
