生物活性
描述 Direct Blue 1, known as Chicago Sky Blue 6B, is employed to quench background autofluorescence in immunofluorescence histochemistry. It acts as a potent and competitive inhibitor of VGLUT and can block the binding of Aβ to small molecule PrP ligands. Direct Blue 1 exhibits anti-inflammatory properties[1][2][3][4][5][6].
