描述 ZLD1039 is a potent, highly selective, orally active EZH2 inhibitor. ZLD1039 potently and concentration-dependently inhibits the PRC2 enzyme activity of the EZH2 wild-type, Y641F, and A677G mutants, with IC50 values of 5.6 nM, 15 nM, and 4.0 nM, respectively. ZLD1039 inhibits breast tumour growth and metastasis[1].
