描述 Oxyresveratrol(OXY), a stilbene extracted from C. mori root, its bioactivities include antioxidation, anti-inflammatory, neuroprotective, anti-viral, and tyrosinase-inhibitory activities[3]. Oxyresveratrol treatment of MDA-MB-231 cells showed the IC50 value at 48 h calculated from the MTT assay was 42 μM [4].OXY (10 μM) possesses an estrogenic activity and can induce proliferation of MCF-7 cells and upregulation of ERα/β expression [3].Oxyresveratrol ( 100 μM )dose-dependently inhibited lipid accumulation.The adipocyte markers of Pparγ and Fabp4 expressions were consistently suppressed by oxyresveratrol in the 3T3-L1 cells[5].
