描述 VU0152099 is a potent, selective and brain-penetrating mAChR M4 positive allosteric modulator with an EC50 value of 0.4 µM for the rat M4 receptor. VU0152099 is inactive against other mAChR isoforms or other GPCRs. VU0152099 does not have agonist activity but potentiates the M4 response to acetylcholine[1].
