Trypsin is a serine protease enzyme that cleaves proteins at the carboxyl side of lysine or arginine residues. It activates PAR2 and PAR4 receptors and facilitates cell-to-cell membrane fusion during PDCoV infection by interacting with the S glycoprotein of PDCoV and pAPN. Additionally, trypsin promotes cell proliferation and differentiation. It finds application in wound healing and the study of neurogenic inflammation[1][2][3][4][6]. Trypsin MS grade, a serine protease enzyme, cleaves proteins on the carboxyl end of Lysine or Arginine and activates PAR2 and PAR4. It facilitates cell-to-cell membrane fusion during PDCoV infection through the interaction between PDCoV's S glycoprotein and pAPN, and enhances cell proliferation and differentiation. This enzyme is applicable in studying wound healing and neurogenic inflammation [1][2][3][4][6]. Recombinant Trypsin Solution, an animal-free enzyme, is utilized for cell or tissue digestion. It offers high stability at room temperature and performs gentle digestion, making it suitable for processing weakly adherent cells or stem cells in low serum or serum-free conditions. Unlike conventional trypsin solutions, Recombinant Trypsin Solution is devoid of animal-derived components, providing a gentle yet effective alternative for cell digestion without using animal-derived trypsin [1]. |
