描述 Aloe emodin (Rhabarberone) is a natural hydroxyanthraquinone with antitumor properties, capable of binding to and inhibiting the kinase activity of mTORC2, thus exerting antiproliferative effects and inducing apoptosis in cells[1]. It also shows antiviral efficacy against the influenza A virus[2].
