描述 TMI-1 is an effective inhibitor of ADAM17 and other MMPs. It suppresses the secretion of TNF-α induced by LPS in human primary monocytes and human whole blood[1]. TMI-1 selectively induces caspase-dependent apoptosis in triple-negative and ERBB2 overexpressing breast cancer cell lines[2].
