| 描述 | DMG-PEG 2000 can be used to prepare siRNA liposomes to improve transfection efficiency in vitro. DMG-PEG 2000 can also be used for lipid nanoparticles to improve the mucus permeability and delivery efficiency of nanoparticles by simple surface modification, which enables oral delivery of plasmid DNA in vivo[1].DMG-PEG 2000 is used in the preparation of liposomes for siRNA delivery and can improve transfection efficiency. DMG-PEG 2000 can also be used in the preparation of lipid nanoparticles for the in vivo delivery pathway of plasmid DNA. DMG-PEG 2000 can improve the mucus permeability and delivery efficiency of nanoparticles. For example, the lipid of LNPs in the FDA-approved mRNA-1273, a COVID-19 mRNA vaccine, also contains DMG-PEG 2000 in a molar ratio of SM-102 : DSPC : cholesterol : DMG-PEG 2000 = 50 : 10 : 38.5 : 1.5[1]. | ||
