描述 Clomipramine Hydrochloride is monoamine reuptake inhibitor and tricyclic antidepressant[3]. Preclinical studies in rodents indicated that clomipramine negatively affects hippocampus-dependent spatial learning and memory and clomipramine treatment reduced neuronal autophagic flux in primary dissociated neurons[4]. Clomipramine was inactive alone but produced a proportion-dependent enhancement of the antinociceptive effects of nalbuphine > morphine > methadone[5].
