| 描述 | Scutellarin is the major active component extracted from Erigeron breviscapus with antioxidant and anti-inflammation properties. Scutellarin can regulate the expression of GFAP, Notch-1 signaling, and nestin along with that of proinflammatory mediators in reactive astrocytes in ischemic injury[3]. Moreover, Scutellarin-treated breast carcinoma MCF-7 cells had significantly inhibited growth and induced apoptosis[4]. Scutellarin(5 mg/kg/day) can protect against DOX (doxorubicin)-induced acute cardiotoxicity through its antioxidant activity and alterations of heart concentrations[5]. | ||
