描述 VUF11207 fumarate is a CXCR7 agonist that binds specifically to CXCR7. At a concentration of 0.17 nM for 5 days, VUF11207 fumarate inhibits RANKL- and TNF-α-induced osteoclastogenesis by inhibiting CXCL12 in osteoclast precursor cells and inhibits the phosphorylation of ERK[1].
