描述 GBR 12783 dihydrochloride is a distinct, powerful, and selective inhibitor of dopamine reuptake, effectively blocking [3H]dopamine absorption in synaptosomes from rat and mouse striatum with IC50 values of 1.8 nM and 1.2 nM, respectively. It has been shown to enhance memory function and stimulate the release of acetylcholine in the hippocampus of rats[1][2].
