NDT 9513727 can be used for research on human inflammatory diseases. NDT 9513727 inhibits C5a-stimulated responses in various cells, including guanosine 5'-3-O-(thio)triphosphate binding, Ca2+ migration, oxidative quenching, degranulation, cell surface CD11b expression, and chemotaxis, with IC50 values ​​ranging in 1.1 nM- 9.2 nM[1].
