生物活性
描述 Tamsulosin hydrochloride is an α1-adrenoceptor blocking agent that exhibits selectivity for α1a-receptors[3]. Tamsulosin attenuates AAA (abdominal aortic aneurysm) formation with increased preservation of elastin and decreased production of pro-inflammatory cytokines[4]. Further, Tamsulosin may increase the risk of dementia in older men with BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia) [5].
