| 描述 | CFDA-SE is a fluorescent dye capable of cell membrane penetration. It reacts with free amine groups in the cytoskeleton proteins inside the cell to form a fluorescent protein complex. Once inside the cell, CFDA-SE localizes to the cell membrane, cytoplasm, and nucleus, with the most intense fluorescence staining present in the nucleus[1]. The CFDA-SE dye is consistently distributed to progeny during cell division and proliferation, with its dilution being proportional to the number of cell divisions. This dilution pattern can be monitored and quantified via flow cytometry using an excitation light of 488 nm, serving as a method for assessing cell proliferation[1]. | ||
