描述 VHL is an E3 ligase which has previously been targeted in numerous PROTACs with peptidic ligands. VHL is involved in related pathways including innate immune system and HIF-1 signaling pathway. VL285 is a potent VHL ligand with IC50 values of 0.34 μM. In vitro, treatment with 100 μM VL285 significantly reduced HaloPPOTAC3 mediated activity to 50% degradation[1].
