靶点
  • AhR

Aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR), IC50:127 nM

描述 The aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AHR) is a ligand-inducible transcription factor that is best known because it mediates the actions of polycyclic and halogenated aromatic hydrocarbon environmental toxicants such as 3-methylcholanthrene and 2, 3, 7, 8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin [3]. StemRegenin 1 (SR1) is a potent aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AHR) antagonist with IC50 of 127 nM. Culture of hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) with SR1 led to a 50-fold increase in cells expressing CD34 and a 17-fold increase in cells that retain the ability to engraft immunodeficient mice, resulting from antagonizing the AHR [4].
