| 描述 | Bismuth subsalicylate is an orally active, antacid, anti-diarrheal, anti-inflammatory agent used for symptomatic treatment of gastrointestinal discomfort including upset stomach and traveler’s diarrhea for adults and children over 12 years old[3]. Pre-treatment of rats with bismuth subsalicylate (17.7mg, intragastric gavage) reversed indomethacin (60mg/kg)-induced decrease in pHi during acid superfusion without affecting gel thickness. Bismuth subsalicylate had no effect on pHi when rats were treated with indomethacin a non-ulcerogenic but prostaglandin-inhibiting dose (5mg/kg)[4]. | ||
