描述 RA839 is a selective activator of Nrf2 signalling that binds non-covalently to Keap1 with a Kd value of 6 μM. RA839 prevents LPS-induced nitric oxide synthase expression and nitric oxide release in macrophages. RA839 is a selective inhibitor of the Keap1/Nrf2 interaction and is a useful tool compound to study the biology of Nrf2[1].
