| 描述 | 17-Hydroxyprogesterone (17-OHP) is an endogenous progestogen as well as chemical intermediate in the biosynthesis of other steroid hormones, including the corticosteroids and the androgens and the estrogens[3]. 17OHP-C has been demonstrated to be an effective method for prevention of recurrent preterm birth[4]. 20a-dihydroprogesterone and 17a-hydroxyprogesterone, may well reflect the actual gonadotrophic stimulation in a particular individual at the time of testicular biopsy[5]. | ||
