描述 AZ-Dyrk1B-33 is a potent, selective inhibitor of Dyrk1B kinase with an IC50 value of 7 nM. AZ-Dyrk1B-33 inhibits phosphorylation of Dyrk pS421 in cells with an IC50 of 0.192 μM. AZ-Dyrk1B-33 has no effect on sensitisation[1].
