描述 SANT-2 is a potent antagonist of the Hh signalling pathway. Hedgehog (Hh) signalling plays an important role in cell signalling in embryonic development and adult tissue homeostasis. SANT 2 has the potential to the study of a wide range of malignancies including Gorlin's syndrome (a condition predisposing to basal cell carcinoma, medulloblastoma, and rhabdomyosarcoma), prostate, pancreatic, and breast cancers]1].
