描述 TRIM is an effective inhibitor of NOS. It inhibits nNOS in mouse cerebellum and iNOS in rat lungs in vitro, with IC50 values of 28.2 µM and 27.0 µM, respectively. TRIM also exhibits antidepressant and anxiolytic-like effects[1][2].
